Lucas Haus

The residency Lucas Haus have recently been restructured and provided of 2 apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. Their kitchen/dining room area offers a dishwasher, an induction stove, a convection oven with incorporated microwave and an espresso machine. Each apartment carefully takes care of all people, including the youngest ones; in fact, they all have been provided of an adapted washbasin in the bathrooms, plastic dishes, a high chair and a camping bed (upon request). The news of the year is a large apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen that features also, aside the characteristics above indicated, a personal washing machine. We made some works to harmonize its environment and improve the quality of life inside the new apartments. With the beneficial effect of colors' frequencies and shapes specifically geared to the uniqueness of each apartment, guests will finally be able to enjoy their stay beyond the ordinary. Our home is located closely to the Palipert ski­tow, which directly connects you to the funicular railway of Carosello 3000. In front of the residency, there is a bus stop, where you will be able to enjoy free transportation leading you to either the center of Livigno or to the opposite side of it (Mottolino area). The indoor and heated up parking lot is included in the price for all apartments. In Summer, moreover, you will be able to use our Barbecue to grill good food in good company. A pressure washer will also help you keeping your bikes clean.
