Our house is famous for its hospitality and kindness and here you can enjoy mountainous tranquillity in a family house

We are situated in a quiet residence area, far from traffic area and only 5 minutes on foot from centre and the new cabin lift of Cassana n.30 from us.

In the vicinity there is baker and mini market, bike and pedestrian tracks which connects Livigno valley from Val Federia till Forcola area and the Wellness area Aquagranda Wellness park.

During the summer season there is the garden with deck chair, gazebo area, barbecue and table where our guests can enjoy during the nice days.The apartments are all equipped with safe, wireless Internet access, heating, water, electricity, duvets and bed linen and towels.
For our guests we offer private parking, garage and ski deposit with warm wardrobes for ski boots.
